1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 456ed and its users. They apply to the 456ed website, mobile app, and all associated services.

456ed reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Register

To open an account with 456ed, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.

• Full Name: The name provided must match your National ID or passport.
• Active Mobile Number: A valid Bangladeshi phone number is required for OTP verification.
• Valid Email: To be used for account recovery and notifications.
• Password: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.

3. Age Verification & KYC

456ed is strictly for users aged 18 and above. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when registering. If a subsequent verification reveals that you are under 18, your account will be closed immediately.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 456ed may request any of the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed. It is your responsibility to submit the required documents on time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Betting Rules

• Match Fixing: Any match-fixing or unusual betting patterns, if detected, will result in bet cancellation.
• System Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 456ed reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Live Betting: 456ed sets the timeframe for accepting bets on live events and may close betting at any time.
• Multiple accounts: Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Betting Limits: 456ed may set a maximum betting limit on any account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

456ed's bonus and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions.

• Welcome bonus: For new members only, applicable on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirement: A specified wagering amount must be completed before withdrawing a bonus (typically 5x–20x).
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry date; it will be cancelled automatically once it expires.
• No duplicate bonus claims: Using the same promotion more than once is strictly prohibited.

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, the funds will be refunded.
